History
The “Kladenka” hotel was built in 1950 as a typical log mountain cottage that, from the very beginning, was used for recreation by the employees of Kladenské doly under the name “Kladenská bouda”. The building underwent overall reconstruction in 1994 – 1996 to create the present appearance. A covered, heated swimming pool with countercurrents and the necessary equipment base was added in the framework of general modernization. The building is now entirely made of masonry and meets all the international standards. The new owners took over the hotel in 2005 and renamed it the “Kladenka” mountain hotel; they are making it ever more congenial and equipping it to make it even more pleasant for their guests.
